In the early morning, the company's management was already waiting at the factory gate to welcome the returning employees and distribute red envelopes (lucky money) to them. On the first day of resuming work, CHIPSENSE organized a "First Lesson of Resumption of Work" safety education and training session to strengthen the safety awareness of all employees and implement job operation procedures. At the same time, the equipment department conducted a comprehensive inspection and debugging of production equipment in advance to ensure that all CHIPSENSE current and voltage sensors production lines are put into operation in good condition, thus safeguarding efficient production.

Automated equipment operates smoothly from CHIPSENSE, workers focus on their respective posts, material delivery is precise and timely, and quality inspection processes are strictly standardized. From raw material warehousing to finished product delivery, every link is closely connected, and each production line is steadily restoring its capacity according to plan, making every effort to ensure the delivery of customer orders. As of now, CHIPSENSE employee return-to-work rate has reached 98%, and production capacity has recovered to 95% of pre-holiday levels. With coordinated efforts from all departments, production is running smoothly and orderly, laying a solid foundation for a strong start to the first quarter.
